Laurie Mylroie, a former adviser to President Clinton, presents a very interesting analysis of Iraqi involvement in 9/11. Her theory links some of the top al Qaeda operatives captured - Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Ramzi Yusef, etc. - to Iraqi intelligence, and specifically to their occupation of Kuwait.
