Bush's Ohio Speech

In his first campaign speech after the DNC, President Bush addressed voters in Ohio. Since I was busy trying to fix my computer I didn't listen that closely but the main philosophical differences between Bush and Kerry were evident right away. During the DNC, democrats promised that both Hope and Help were on the way - in the form of more government programs. Judging by the speeches of Edwards and Kerry, everything that we would ever would be provided by the government. Alternatively Bush spoke of the need to allow small businesses to grow and flourish. He spoke of individual responsibility and of results in both the economy as well as in foreign affairs. The difference between the candidates is fairly clear. Do you want "Hope is on the way", or "Results Matter"?
