Our Ally

Charles Krauthammer thinks that the US is on a collision course with our "ally" France. France's recent refusal to consider sending NATO's rapid deployment force to Afghanistan was another example of its antipathy to any part of the US foreign policy. France is basically trying to court the Muslim world in the hope that it will not end up a target. Appeasement lives on.
